This course has been designed for drivers who already hold their B+E licence but require some familiarisation training to gain confidence and become more familiar with towing a trailer on the road. This course will cover towing a trailer with a car on the road, as well as practising the B+E reversing exercise. Our B+E familiarisation course is 3.5 hours long.

If you have gained your B+E licence without completing a B+E test, it is advisable to complete this course.

It will take 3.5 hours to complete our B+E Familiarisation training course which, can be completed at all four of our training depots in Portsmouth, Southampton, Reading and Worthing. This course is carried out on a 1:2:1 ratio with one of our highly experienced and qualified instructors, covering practical driving, reversing manoeuvres and the coupling & re-coupling exercise.

Our B+E 3.5 Hour Familiarisation course is ideal for those who gained their B+E licence without completing a B+E test, but are competent at towing and want to gain some experience and confidence in driving a B+E category vehicle before setting off on the road.
