Our Combined IPAF 3a & 3b with PASMA combined Towers & Low-Level Access course is ideal for those who don’t have any previous experience at operating IPAF 3a or 3b MEWPs or using Mobile Access Towers. This is a 2-day course that will give you all the skills and knowledge that you need to safely and efficiently operate 3a (Scissor Lift) and 3b (Cherry Picker) category MEWPs along with Towers & Low-Level Access Mobile Access Towers.

If you successfully complete this course, you will be awarded both IPAF and PASMA certifications which are both widely recognised in the construction industry.

Since 1st January 2022, hard copies of your pass certificate are no longer available! You will be sent a PDF copy of your digital certificate via email by our team which will be valid for up to 5 years!

The ePAL system now means that all operator’s cards, certifications, log-books and safety guides will no longer be physically issued but will be registered to the IPAF ePAL app on their phone. Click HERE for more information.

What is PASMA & IPAF?

PASMA stands for Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association which is a widely recognised certification for Mobile Access Tower training.

IPAF is the International Powered Access Federation and is the worldwide accrediting body for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms which is also recognised nationally and internationally.

What does the training cover?

The content of your training course will be based around IPAF category 3a and 3b MEWPs, as well as Low-Level Access and Towers for Users Access Towers. This course will ensure you are able to safely operate all of these categories of working at height platforms.

Having these qualifications will show to employers that you are fully training and compliant with any rules and regulations surrounding working at heights on the specific categories that are covered in this course.

Where can I complete my training?

Our combined IPAF & PASMA course is available to complete at both our Southampton and Worthing depots which gives us good coverage of the Hampshire and West Sussex regions.

Both centres have top-quality training facilities which are dedicated to giving industry-leading training.

How long will my course be?

All of our combined IPAF and PASMA training courses will take 2 days to complete, upon competition you will receive PASMA & IPAF qualifications.

Our combined PASMA & IPAF courses are ideal for those candidates who do not have any previous experience at operating PASMA Mobile Access Towers or IPAF Mobile Elevating Platforms. If you successfully complete this course, you will be awarded with both an IPAF and PASMA certifications which are both widely-recognised in the construction industry.
