This 2-day package covers operator training for 3a and 3b Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) as well as PASMA Towers for Users & Low-Level Access training. Upon complete of these courses, you will be awarded both IPAF and PASMA certifications. Since 1st January 2022, hard copies of your pass certificate are no longer available! You will be sent a PDF copy of your digital certificate via email by our team which will be valid for up to 5 years! The ePAL system now means that all operator’s cards, certifications, log-books and safety guides will no longer be physically issued but will be registered to the IPAF ePAL app on their phone.

- Be able to drive the MEWP safely and manoeuvre the machine as required, as well as correctly position and carry out the required tasks in a proper manner, inside and outside a building.

Course Requirements
There are no immediate requirements necessary for this course, as it can be completed by any individual who needs the correct training and certification for the 3a & 3b Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) and PASMA Towers for Users & Low-Level Access. You must bring the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to your course.
Ongoing Requirements
To keep both the IPAF & PASMA certification, your will need to recomplete training every five years. This will update your certification expiry date, which you can find on the PASMA or IPAF database.
Test Requirements
For both PASMA and IPAF training, you will complete a theory assessment first, consisting of a set of multiple-choice questions. The theory test will show your instructor that you have taken on board the important information and requirements for the equipment you are using.
Then, you will complete a practical assessment, where you must work on a Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) and scaffolding tower.
Further Training
To keep both the IPAF & PASMA certification, your will need to recomplete training every five years. This will update your certification expiry date, which you can find on the PASMA or IPAF database.
