Experience

Previously a Primary School teacher for 13 years, Caroline joined the company in January 2014 to help with invoicing, she has soon grown to be our trusted finance director and HR representative. She has gained many skills along the way, from completing the Forklift instructor training for Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks, to her level 3 Safeguarding. Caroline enjoys the teamwork and support at 2 Start. Caroline also works as a personal trainer, as well as enjoying the gym, working on resistance training, as well as understanding the importance of mental wellbeing. Caroline enjoys painting with paint and coloured pencils, and regularly completes pet paintings, as well as enjoying the challenge of picking up new skills. Caroline exclaims “Come a see what we do and you wont be disappointed! We aim to give students the best experience possible with highly qualified instructors and good quality facilities.”
